Support to complain
You may bring a family member, friend, advocate or support person to any discussion about your complaint. Interpreter arrangements can be made on request.
External escalation
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to:
the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (1800 035 544) for NDIS-related matters, or
the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission for charity-related matters.
